Peer Meetings
Peer meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 11am-12pm (log in from 10:45 am Brisbane AEST time).
Peer meetings are open to any person with a lived/living experience of homelessness.
Peer meetings provide a semi-structured space for the free sharing of ideas and support between people with lived/living experience of homelessness.
Peer meetings are founded in a principle of self responsibility.
All attendees take responsibility for their own actions and decisions. LELHA can provide brief supports, if needed, but does not offer professional or extended personal support.
Peers are encouraged to form mutually supportive relationships and to forge collaborations and explore ideas that might become fully independent or continue to be associated with LELHA.
